So CNN is showing this video of a dude getting slammed into a building because he went kite boarding in tropical storm Fay. Honestly, I have a hard time feeling sorry for the guy.
Now trust me, the video is great… destined to be a classic ‘ouch’, but I love the hidden comedy in the video. Here’s CNN doing their damnedest to convince us how serious a news story this is, all the while showing us an America’s Funniest Home Videos $10,000 winning clip in the background. Seriously, the whole time Mike Galanos is talking (and trying to look grave and not laugh his inner-fratboy ass off) all I can hear is Bob Sagat doing some stupid voice over while dude eats sand over and over.
